Ownership of Music
All music, lyrics, and recordings released by SUIKERBOS remain the exclusive property of SUIKERBOS and the respective artists unless otherwise stated in writing. Copyright is reserved under South African and international copyright law.
Personal Listening
You are welcome to stream and listen to SUIKERBOS music through official channels such as our YouTube channel for personal, non-commercial use.
Sync & Commercial Licensing
To license any SUIKERBOS track for film, television, advertising, broadcast, or other commercial use, you must obtain written permission in advance. Unauthorised commercial use is strictly prohibited.
Cover Versions & Sampling
Creating cover versions, remixes, or samples of SUIKERBOS music for public release requires a licence. Please contact us to discuss the intended use before proceeding.
Public Performance
Public performance of SUIKERBOS music — including in venues, events, or broadcasts — must comply with applicable performing rights organisation requirements and may require additional licensing.
Story-Derived Works
SUIKERBOS creates original music inspired by stories submitted by the public. Submission of a story does not grant the submitter any ownership or royalty rights to the resulting musical works.
Credits & Attribution
Where SUIKERBOS music is licensed for use, proper credit must be given to SUIKERBOS and the contributing artists as specified in the licensing agreement.
